Karen Hudson joined PPM Consultants as a Senior Project Director in the firm’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office and will be working out of Slidell, LA. Ms. Hudson is originally from Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
Ms. Hudson started her career as a regulator at the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and has more than twenty-five years of experience managing various environmental projects including underground storage tanks, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, solid waste and hazardous waste groundwater monitoring programs, alternate source demonstrations, wastewater operation and maintenance, solid waste and hazardous waste permit renewals and modification, superfund investigation, remediation and closure, risk evaluation/corrective action, and hazardous waste area of concern (AOC) investigation, remediation, and closure.
