Holly Yeargan joins PPM as a Project Engineer in the Birmingham, AL office. Holly brings 10 years of experience in air permitting and compliance including SMOP, Title V and PSD sources .
Ms. Yeargan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University with an emphasis in Biomedical Specialization. She is a former Senior Environmental Engineer Specialist with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and is currently working towards her Professional Engineer license.
