PPM Consultants has named Conner McCluer District Manager of its Jackson, Mississippi, office. He brings 12 years of experience helping clients assess environmental risks, resolve contamination, and move projects forward.

Conner has managed and reviewed hundreds of Environmental Site Assessments for properties ranging from commercial and industrial sites to refineries and a 4,000-acre oil and gas field. His hands-on experience includes emergency spill response, subsurface investigations, and cleanup work supporting highway improvements and redevelopment.

“Conner knows PPM, our people, our clients, and our work well,” said L. Todd Perry, Chief Executive Officer of PPM. “I am excited to see him take this next step in his career and lead the Jackson office forward.”

He has also managed the EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant for Natchez, Mississippi, working with local officials and regulators to prepare sites for reuse. His work at the historic Triangle Filling Station is one of the catalyst projects for the City of Natchez that included the removal of underground storage tanks that held up progress towards redevelopment.

“I want our Jackson team to give clients clear answers and practical options. My focus is on supporting our people and helping clients move from understanding an environmental issue to getting it resolved.” – Conner McCluer

He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Mississippi in 2014. Please join us in congratulating Conner. Connect with him on LinkedIn.
