Brian Richards joins PPM Consultants as District Manager in the Orlando, Florida office. Brian, a professional geologist, brings thirty-five years of experience in environmental studies associated with both chemical and pathological contaminates, as well as soil and groundwater contamination assessment and remediation including emergency storm water control measures, RCRA, CERCLA, and UST remediation for the petroleum, chemical and industrial markets.
Mr. Richards holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University. His background and experience include environmental studies associated with both chemical and pathological contaminates. Brian started his career as an environmental geologist assessing and remediating chemical releases in soil and groundwater for petroleum, chemical, and industrial facilities. With the emergence of healthcare acquired infections, Brian’s career crossed over into the remediation of opportunistic pathogens in acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and pharmaceutical compounding facilities.
